"The serviceman was great and went out of his way to complete the appointment after the original contractor's truck broke down. Sears, however, is awful. My part was backordered, the original appointment was cancelled due to the backlog, and I had to wait 6 weeks or so to rebook it. I was unable to talk to a human being to resolve this, or at least expedite the new appointment if someone cancelled. Very frustrating. My original appointment was in May, the tractor was fixed August 4th. This cost me a lot of money to hire someone to cut my grass 2/3 of the season."
