"I recently used AGS to replace my furnace and, at the same time, install central AC in my home. They responded immediately and showed up within 24 hours to take a look at my existing setup, took some measurements and photos, and provided me with a formal quote the next day. The quote was very detailed, including three configuration options (different costs and efficiency levels), and pictures of all the system components. After I selected what I wanted, Rachael reviewed the logistics for the project— from removal of the old furnace to the install of the new units, how long it would take, how loud it would be (I work from home), and other items — it all went exactly as she said. I was pleasantly surprised on the first day when I received a text message letting me know that my AGS installer was due to arrive at a certain time, and another saying when he was en route. That continued for all of the days of the install (3), so I knew exactly when they would be arriving. As the work wrapped up, I was left with zero unanswered questions because the crew continually checked in with me throughout the process, including a walk-through of my new digital thermostat and the companion mobile app that allows me to control my home temperature from wherever I am. I’m so impressed with this company— the entire crew was professional, helpful, clean, and polite. Everything they installed looks great and works flawlessly… it has made such an improvement to the comfort level in my home. Best of all: no more window ACs!"
