"Have had to purchase tires three times this year after multiple attempts to fix my car's alignment issues at another garage. I was so stressed out about the cost and the way my car has been continuously destroying tires, but Louisa and the mechanic were so kind and helpful, getting me the lowest price they could manage, performing as much of an alignment as possible, and giving me all the information and pictures of the shredded tires so I could get them to the garage where hopefully the alignment issues will be fixed once and for all. The care and help I received at Tire Warehouse was a huge relief, and I will definitely go back next time I need tires."

"My 16 year old son popped a tire at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The car is an Audi so all 4 tires needed to be replaced. When I called and spoke to Emily on the phone she was very friendly and knowledgeable on what we needed for tires. We literally put a donut on and headed over to Tire Warehouse and they put 4 new tires on for us right right away! I cannot thank Emily and the rest of the staff for all their hard work! "I purchased tires at tire warehouse about a year ago. Jo, the manager, is amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable during the process and I ended up signing up for the tire rotation every 5,000 miles which I am diligent about. The other day, my tire pressure light went on and I stopped by to see if I could borrow a pressure gauge in order to find out what PSI was in my tires. Jo grabbed hers, measured all of my tires pressure and added air in all in a matter of 10 minutes all with an outstanding friendly attitude. She is an absolute example of above and beyond outstanding customer service. The gentlemen in the back doing the work are also outstanding, and friendly. This place is a gem."

"Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone."
