"VERY impressed! I went in with a deal just about locked in at another dealership...and I told Tom at Motor City this up front. The only issue holding me back at the other place was lack of trust and integrity. Earlier in the week i had already scheduled a meeting with Motor City the same day I was ready to close the deal at the other. I was ready to cancel but Tom asked what I had to lose - true!
