"Where do I begin? First things first, the owner (Felix) isn’t really good at communicating with customers especially letting them know when their vehicle will be finished or even when mentioning taxes when summing up the price. Also, he takes off and doesn’t tell people when he leaves or comes back. As for their receptionist or say overly confident mechanic who isn’t a mechanic at all or knows nothing about cars, which he goes by the name Aniba (guy with bad breath and disgusting hair)is also unprofessional. He literally picks up women that go there to get their vehicles fixed and has no respect for the workplace or the customers that are females or relationship status. He also performs sexual encounters in the bathroom where all the employees and customers use. It’s a fair place to take your car to get checked or probably an easy diagnosis. But as repairs go, not the best choice. Aniba literally has to YouTube or google how to perform a transmission flush because he’s not a certified mechanic he’s just the owner’s son that takes care of paperwork because he’s obviously intellectually impaired to handle cars or even talk to customers at that. He also harasses people by phone using verbal threats and scare people into ruining their credit score just to be paid back, which is unbelievable. It’s disgusting. Both the owner and his son misdiagnosed my car and I took it to a friend and he claims that it was just a tire to be replaced vs wheel bearings that didn’t need to be replaced in the first place and I was 300+ dollars poorer because NEITHER one of them know what they’re doing or talking about. They normally help family and friends and trick them into paying so much because they don’t know where else to turn to. Please folks if you want to be free of headaches, STDS or even just trying to save money and time. Go to another shop that’s professional and knowledgeable. The owner has made me cry before and that’s not how you conduct business"

"I've been to them the couple times my car needed to be fixed. Thankfully they made sure to tell me exactly what was wrong and gave me an honest price before they worked on it. Have always stayed by that price. Recently my the rod broke. The mechanic walked down to my house ( 1 block from shop). Checked it out had it towed and fixed with in a couple hours. No issues since. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done."
