"If you've ever heard of places with honest employees and friendly customer service you're going to want to stay away from here. They have a habit of waiting until they get the money and you sign the paperwork to let you know exactly what's wrong with the car you just purchased. The inspection sticker on the car I had would be good until September after they receive the cash the other employee informed me they were currently scraping the inspection sticker off as the vehicle I was purchasing would not pass inspection."
"I had a terrible experience with Tucker Chevrolet. I bought a car that I thought was in full working condition and the touch screen was not fully functional there was a dead spot in it. I let my salesman know this a day after I got the car and he told be to bring it up and they would look at it. I made an appointment and took it up and they said they would not go good for fixing it because it is not covered under their warranty. This was broken BEFORE I bought the vehicle and they would have had to fix it before selling it anyway. They also gave me a key fob that was not programmed to the car that I am going to have to take to the dealer to get programmed. Also they set up an appointment to come to my house and get the title for the car I traded in and they were not even going to call and tell me that there driver called out and would not be there to come and get it. I wasted my whole morning waiting for them. I am highly dissatisfied with Tucker Chevy and hope that people choose to go somewhere else to find a vehicle with better service."
"We are traveling thru Maine and having problems with the key fob. We are renting from Dollar Rental out of Boston. We stopped at Tucker Chevrolet Dealer for assistance. This young man came out and took care of everything for us without any hesitation. Thank you Tucker Chevrolet for having such wonderful customer service. The Herd."
