"Stopped here on our travels to stretch our legs, honestly had no intention of getting food but my parents were hungry so we all decided to grab something. WOW! I ordered a fried haddock sandwich and it was AMAZING! There was so much fish on it (I actually pulled off some of the overhanging pieces to try it before taking a pic). Not only was the food great, but it was super clean inside and the people there were really friendly! Definitely a must stop when we are back up there!!"

"It is sad that I have to write this review. We have been coming to Hilltop for quite some time and have never had any problems...except today. Ordered two lg Italians and explicitly stated NO black olives. Got the sandwiches back home and discovered both were covered in black olives AND the rolls are so stale they crumbled in my hand. They need to be aware that some folks are highly allergic to olives/juice. They said to come back tonight and they would be happy to replace the sandwiches but, to tell you the truth....it has been a very long day and we don't feel like driving all the way back into town (6:30p). Thanks but no thanks."

"Good lord...I have never once been to a gas station that is more blatant in how ridiculous marked up prices are. The amount that relatively cheap snacks and meals are marked up sticks out like a sore thumb. Gas up at Hilltop, but just go to the supermarket for the food, honestly."
