"My kids had a blast at this place! It's clean, has loads of fun things to do and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are tables with legos if kids want to take a break. There were a few out of order games but most were working perfectly. In general this place is a great use of a couple hours on a rainy or cold afternoon. I recommend calling ahead to confirm hours because they have a lot of parties that rent the whole place out."

"It's a great place for kids, but the staff needs to actually pay attention to what is going on. The toddler area always has older kids misbehaving and pushing the toddlers out of the way, and even running around its not safe for smaller kids. My son was walking next to the bounce obstacle and a kid much bigger than him flipped over the side and almost landed on him. You never see the staff doing anything to make sure it's a safe environment for all kids, which is a shame because our kids love coming here."

"Used to be great, now it’s a total rip off. We used to love going to this place, but they removed all of the fun toys, games and play areas, other than the four main large structures, and replaced them with pay to play arcade style video games and rides. Glide scooters, , giant chess, ball games, etc, all gone. Not cool when you just paid $15 per kid to walk in the door, and the majority of the things there you have to pay additional for. There’s one little toddler area with toys remaining, which they now have signs everywhere saying “for children 4 and under”. Probably because that’s the only stuff left for kids to play with! On top of that, the place is falling apart. Lots of broken and unkept areas in the large climbing structures. Many Out Of Order signs throughout the place. To top it all off, the girl at the front desk was totally unprofessional. She mentioned as we checked in we “could not eat any snacks because she had already cleaned the party room for the next day, and that’s the only place snacks are allowed.” It was not close to closing time. Then she said, “well you can snack in the entry way if you want, but clean up after yourself” …what?! We will not be going back, and I’m sad to see what was once one of our favorite places has become."

"I am not sure of the complaints but I believe this place is great for kids. the equipment is all working to standard. the only downside is the arcade is not inclusive and it's $1 for most games. other than that it's a fun place when including a bunch of friends on a playdate."

"Place used to be nice and well kept, over the past few times I have gone things have really gone down hill. Nothing works, bouncy houses are torn. Couches are ripped and filthy. Sadly it was not worth $15 per kiddos. I hope ownership can turn it around."
