Took me in last minute when they had a lot of other work to fix my computer in my Beetle and when they fixed it my car had a leak I didn’t know about and leaked on their floor and they didn’t mind. They fixed the leak for me, fixed my computer problem, and made a new key for me cause they felt bad cause my old one was in rough shape. Super friendly people who went above and beyond for a low price and they really know their stuff. I had originally went to a Volkswagen dealership nearby I called ahead and this dealership claimed they could fix my issue and then they sent me a bill for what it would cost to fix and they wanted 10k to change all my computer systems because my car was slightly older then their computers they work with and that dealership charged me half of what I paid this workshop just to look at my car. They said they would have to contact this European workshop anyways to have them finish the job for them, highly recommend this shop if you have any slightly older German car they really know their stuff."
