"I am on a 3 week road trip hauling a huge 5th wheel. My front brakes were shot. I went with my gut and took it this garage. Mark(the owner) was honest when I called him at 730 on a Thursday morning. They were slammed and didn’t know if he could do it. They managed to get it done THAT DAY. Not only was Mark a HUGE 7.3 Diesel guy, all his employees were super nice(minus one guy at the front desk), price was super fair and Mark seemed like an all around stand up guy. Thank you!!"

Towing, communication and actual work (alternator replacement) were excellent. The pricing was very fair. I called my dealership to price compare their rates and researched online and I saved hundreds of dollars by going to Bill's. It was a risky situation that ended really well. Everyone we interacted with at Bill's was very professional and understanding of our situation.
