"I wouldn't use them again. The company was once owned by a David Suvalle, but now owned by entirely different person who kept the name. He sends out different people. In my case I had a stopped up sink and non-working disposal. It took 4 days for someone to come out, and although the person was just lovely, it took less than 5 min to reset my disposal- which was all that was wrong. Given I had told the owner what was wrong -and had to wait so long-had he just told me to try that, as I've since learned virtually any other plumber would have, I would have saved ( are you ready?)- 135.00. That's his minimum for a call (1 hr). and I'm guessing he could make that several times in an hour. I consider that unprofessional and there are simply many others to call who would pass on getting that money by suggesting a fix and then get my (and others' ) business in the future."
