"This place is the BIGGEST JOKE of all time. I have gone here two times now and i promise there will NEVER be a third time! My fiancé and I own a snow removal company and the first time we checked out the place, it took us about 30 minutes of standing at the counter to even be seen. Mind you there was 5 people standing behind the counter helping ONE CUSTOMER ☝️! We were pissed but got our parts and left. This morning we tried for our second and last time! We stood there for 20 minutes waiting very patiently while there was three people behind the counter only helping one person. THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AND MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH US! They could of at least said “We will be with you in a moment!” BUT NOTHING!!!! A customer then called the store, was helped placing an order for parts and was taken care of right in front of us. When the guy hung up the phone, he proceeded to go back to the ONE CUSTOMER that two other men were helping with already! WE LEFT AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!! If you are serious business people and want good service, this place is DEFINITELY NOT the place for you! Look elsewhere! Good luck!"

"Right to the point . Choice of Products andquality is very good Their customer service is awful at best I was litterally told ‘ We have plenty customers we don’t need your business’” After I spent 4500$ there. Guy at the front desk needs to be trained in how to treat and talk to customers.. unfortunately they are a pretty big BOSS dealer and close by or I would go else where. If they can fix their customer service I would recommend them."
