"Ordered a low pro rack through a local dealer and it came next day through them. Picked it up and the fitment isn't 100% in between the rails so the stake pocket bolts didn't quiet line up correctly. Did best I could to install it but spun the passenger side loose and it would no longer hold. No big deal I thought, I'll just contact them for another one. Boy was i wrong. They said I'd need to contact who I bought it through and then they would have contact them, I'd also hace to send a video to them showing the 20 dollar part broke, I even had the receipt and order number ready during the call. Under their warranty claims all is needed for defective parts is the receipt from original owner. Like several in the reviews, I wish I had listened about customer service being so lacking. It's very sad but I have to drill into my truck now to fix this. Very disappointing for nearly 1,000 dollars. Several of my friends want a headache rack after seeing mine, but I will not recommend Magnum."

"SOLID American made product! The rack has impressive build quality and makes the truck look aggressive! Only issue i had was some wind noise from the center lightbar, but they were able to provide a fix for the issue. Great customer service!!"

"Turned 35 and decided to finally buy myself a truck. The first thing I wanted was a Magnum Truck Rack. I see these things all over the road, and they just look so much better then any other truck rack I've seen out there. When I got my rack I wasn't disappointed, the quality of the rack is amazing! Installation was so easy I was able to do it myself in very little time. The LEDs are super bright. I love having the extra break lights and turn signals to help people behind me wake up a bit. I opted for the extra LED lightbar in the center of the rack. It is awesome for backing up around the farm. It illuminates everything behind me like it is daylight. Highly recommend this product."

"Have had this on my truck for about 6 months now. It went through a winter of plowing and everything is still in great shape. I researched all types of racks for my truck and this is the best there is. I worked with Pat Rogers to have some custom work done to the rack with the flood lights and it came out great. I ordered a light bar and asked Pat to make me two brackets that would fit and those came out great. I wired the flood lights to an aux switch in the cab and the brake/running/blinker lights and reverse lights I used the wiring harness and it was truly plug and play, could not be easier. You can look at the photos and see the work rack they built. It is a 2017 F350 with a 6.75' bed. The toolbox/ fuel cell was made by Fuel Box out in California, they are great too, look them up."
