"Went for a smoke test, was charged $60 for a smoke test. Ok no problem. Was told mouse bit through a connection and it would be $140. Paid that. Light came back on the next day; told me I would still be charged another $60 for a smoke test first because it’s a new problem. Neil was very cold and not compassionate saying it is what it is and next time drop the car off blah blah. So much for customer service. Who knows if they even did anything to my car? Very disappointed."
