They will assure you that there rates are comparable to other local companies, when in fact I was told yesterday by a customer service agent that they will ALWAYS be $1.50 -$2.00 more PER GALLON than other companies! I asked this very question at least 5-6 times before I agreed to the contract! I would never have agreed to pay that much more simply because someone will answer the phone 24/7. Sad that a company can blatantly overcharge people at a time when most are struggling."
