"My microwave broke on a Saturday and normally you just replace a microwave, but this one was expensive and matched our current appliances, so we wanted to see if we could fix it. I called M&G and they were very quick to respond, talk to me about options and to schedule an appointment for the following week. When the technician arrived he was courteous, very thorough and talked me through all the troubleshooting he was doing. I was very impressed and he gave me several options to consider for moving forward with the repair. I was floored by the honesty and wonderful advice and would EASILY call thmn again if anything happened to my other appliances. Really A+ service."
