"I called Same Day after the factory-authorized company for my Sub-Zero fridge said there first available was a week out. True to their name, I had a technician at my home at 1:30 pm, after first contacting Same Day at 10:30 am. Don was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the issue on the spot. We had a torn gasket seal too. Wayne came out two days later with the part and also did an excellent job. Communication with the company was easy and efficient and pricing was fair. These folks will be my first call next time I have any repairs."

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and they were able to send a tech out a few hours later. The tech (Mike) diagnosed an issue with the heating element within minutes and had the necessary parts already with him (they stock parts for common issues). He had the repair done in less than 30 minutes. Mike was very personable and did a great job explaining the issue and quoting the price before he did any repairs. I don’t know how the pricing rates against competitors but for me having it fixed quickly was worth it. Overall excellent experience!"
