"No more GLOW NIGHT as of 1/25/24! The staff was very nice! I haven't been to this location in over 4 months. Unfortunately it appears neglected and dirty. Many of the stations were closed. The toddler area had almost nothing to play with and the basketball hoops were broken. At 25.99 for 90 minutes, I suggest going to Danvers or another place."
"We got an annual pass last year, so we go somewhat regularly and lately there's always been something disappointing that happens. Today, my kids and their friends wanted to play in the tramp wall area but were told they could only use the tramps on their back, which is really hard for a 9yo unless they are gymnasts. I've been doing gymnastics for over 30 years and I'm a mechanical engineer and a 50lb kid on their feet is not going to do more damage than a 200lb adult on their back. But anyway, they decided to play in the foam pit in that area but before they could even start, some bigger kids came up, were also denied the tramps, and then asked to play dodge ball. The staff immediately closed the area despite my kids just asking them to open it and opened dodgeball instead. They asked the staff over and over to reopen the area and they were told they would open it again after dodgeball. When dodgeball finished, they opened the obstacle course instead and still refused to open the tramp wall area. I attached a Pic of my kid crying in a corner because the staff was so mean and unfair."
"This place was not very clean and it was run down. Hopefully they make some improvements and get some cleaning staff to make it more inviting. My son enjoyed his time here but I don't think I'll be returning because of the cleanliness."
"First time visiting a trampoline park. The experience was a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend a visit with friends/family. The basketball section was closed due to a tear which was a bummer. Also the area in general wasn't very clean. But overall a fun experience."
"This Sky Zone in Everett was quite disappointing. The price is $28 per child plus socks so each child was a total of $31.00. The place is understaffed in the summer because according to staff they don't have as many customers coming in as they prefer to be outdoors. This meant that since they had only 3 staff members on the floor, half of the activities were closed at any given time. The manager suggested I let them know if we wanted to do an activity and he would get a staff member to that area. Unfortunately, that was not reasonable as the staff members were already supervising other areas and would not be able to leave that space while people were there. Aside from that, the place looks worn and nothing new has been added since our visit a couple of years ago. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. It is way too pricey and doe not deliver."
