"Checked to have vehicle washed they didn’t do it shouldn’t have it on work order if it isn’t going to be done Update! 2/1/2024 Went back for what I thought was an appt was a week early no worries there close. But was treated so awful by the service manger Don because of my review on here told me I hurt them and they don’t offer it at that location and from now on it will be crossed off on the bottom because of me. Really made me uncomfortable to even be there! I thought a review was to share your experience but I guess only if you give them 5 stars. Told him because of the way he treated me I didn’t know if I would keep my appt reply was just let me know if you need me to cancel that appt! WOW"

"We had our oil changed, we were never asked whether we wanted regular or synthetic oil. When we looked at the slip, it said owner requested regular oil. Actually we prefer the synthetic. But did not like the fact that we were not even asked."
