The drivers, technicians, and customer service staff are always very helpful and definitely put their best foot forward when it comes to customer service. Today I woke up without oil and had some water around by boiler. Red's picked up as soon as I called and had someone filling up the tank within a few hours. They also got me in touch with one of their technicians to assess the water issue."
