"do NOT bring your vehicle here, even if insurance tries to force you. A lady hit my car in February and because it was her insurance paying I was told by Progressive I had to go to Oliver's. Brought my truck and didn't see it again for 2 months. Every delay you can think of-supplies, labor, wrong parts, etc. When I finally picked up my truck I discovered later that night that none of my rear lights were working, they all worked upon drop off, the damage wasn't even on the rear. Brought it back first thing the next morning and by that afternoon it was "fixed" again. So I pick up my truck again and go straight to the car wash. Right when the water starts my daughter in the back seat is being soaked, like sitting in a waterfall. The top of the rear door had no seal at all. I pull out of the car wash to dry my daughter and my car and notice one of my tail lights they just re fixed completely missing! I go back to the car wash, the guy working finds my cracked broken light in the wash and gives it to me. Now we are back at Oliver's almost 3 months later for the third visit. I leave my truck and have to get a rental for another week. They fix the seal on the door and replace the taillight. I pick up my car AGAIN, seems ok. I can see where they ripped the rain guard off my driver window and sloppily glued it back on, literally covered in glue and hanging loose. The guy in charge, trying to help Becca at the desk, comes and promises he's ordering one now and it might take a bit but he'll get it replaced since he knows they damaged it. I knew I would never hear from him again. Needless to say, I never heard from them again. My rain guard still damaged, I've had to reattach my side trim myself and the seal on my trunk was completely destroyed by them. My husband kept urging me to call or go back but for what, so they could wreck my truck more???! STAY AWAY!"

"Regarding the physical work done on my car, the appearance is very nice. You can’t tell that my rear bumper was ever damaged. Besides that it was a thumbs down. The communication started out amazing but soon became nonexistent. It was chaotic and discombobulated. No one answered the phones or if they did it wasn’t until at least the 4th or 5 call. I was told on multiple occasions my car was done and would be given to me the next day just for it to be pushed out a few days later. I didn’t get real answers until I showed up in person because they weren’t answering the phone. I’m very understanding, I know things happen that are out of our control. But it takes very little to communicate that via email text or call/voicemail. I feel as though the ball was dropped. They did such good work, but it was soured by the other factors"

"The last time I was at Oliver autobody was there shop at Holyoke mass Lechucitas I had a Honda Accord that I brought in back in the late 80s if I remember right the work they did was outstanding totally professional so after 30+ years here I am going back to Oliver autobody I just had my 2010 Subaru outback That my wife steered into a post the kind that stick out from the ground I’m going to post a photograph of my Subaru and then once it’s repaired I will post it when it’s fixed by Oliver I was going to bring it to Butera Subaru and Springfield but something told me not to"
