"These people are not honest people and will not fix or repair what they sell. I purchased a 2014 ford explorer and had nothing but problems with it the driveshaft was no good and they wanted to charge me $300 for a used one out of a junk vehicle and didn’t believe me when I told them it was bad. They said we will have to verify ourselves and charge you for looking at it and installing a used driveshaft. I purchased a new driveshaft and installed it myself and solve the problem ! They think people are stupid. I will never buy from them again and I also talked with someone else whose daughter got one and was a lemon from day one. They ended up getting a lawyer from what I was told. Not recommended ! I noticed my other post on this was removed so I’m doing it again. People should be treated with respect and honesty."
"My husband and I both needed inspection stickers. The staff were all friendly and gave warm welcomes. We were in & out quickly. Will be our go to place !"
"Fixed my Taurus and didn't kill me on the price. Took pictures and everything! They do great work!"
"Very shady. Charged us almost $2,000 for repairs on our car, which fine, a little high, but understandable. When we went to pick it up on a Saturday when the mechanic wasn’t there, my interior had grease all over it, figured they would wipe it off, fine, overlooked it. Turned the car on, to see the tire sensor light lit up. Figured that was pretty lazy of them to not fill the tires up after the work, but also was going to let it go. When I arrived home, my boyfriend pointed out that they had replaced one of our tires without informing us, and it was defective as it had an air bubble on the side. We had to drop the vehicle back off for the weekend, to wait for the repair, which I believe they did for free if I recall correctly. A couple months after they did the work on my vehicle now, and my car started sputtering. We couldn’t afford to bring it back to be repaired at a shop because of the almost $2,000 we paid for the previous repairs, on top of buying a car from Grace, in cash, just a week or so prior. I had a family member take a look under the hood to see if he could find the issue, likely a sensor, and sure enough, a perfectly good sensor unplugged, not broken in any way, just unplugged in the engine. I have no doubt it was done on purpose to lure us back. Of course, I’m sure we can’t prove it, just find it a coincidental part of the story. Was not happy with the service at this garage, and would not recommend. Just our experience, and it’s true, so I hope they do not threaten to sue me for this bad review, as they have done recently to a friend of mine."
