"I brought in my antique Macbook pro , which would not start . They gave it mouth to mouth , but it was gone . Mark, Tyler and Jackson were amazing and very helpful . They were able switch over all my data on the old hard drive and my back up drive to a new machine IMAC M3 , which I bought from YES computers . They were more than professional , but very friendly and kind too . I was back up and running within two days. Great business and I will return to buy something else . Thanks again folks"

"Every time I try to use their services, I am left more and more dissapointed. Seems very disorganized. The last straw was after I left my phone for diagnostics and when I came back to pick it up I was told that the phone was lost. When I tried to express my disappointment I was met with ridicule(!) from the owner himself and was told that it was an “old and broken phone” anyway. This shows that the other reviews are not accidental occurrences but this is the general culture of the shop. I was offered $50 voucher, which is even less than the phone sells for parts (phones like this go for $500 on ebay, Yes computers offered me apple replacement for $600). Bizarre way to run a business, especially when the fault is 100% on your side. Seems like a type of shop which makes money taking advantage of older, less tech savvy clients. Save yourself frustration and go to real apple store."
