"Chuck is a beast with the spray gun. He gave me an excellent two-tone paint job. Might have taken a little longer than expected because right now kind of short on staff since he just took over the shop but he gets it done and it looks great. "After getting cut off in traffic, I had some frame damage to my front end. Joe took care of the car with no notice and was very responsive to all questions. By the time I got the car back, the oil was changed, the interior was detailed, and it looked and shined like new. I dare say the car drives like it was never in an accident, despite being almost totaled. Very grateful for his service. Update: months later and we are still good. Drove several hours on the highway no problem"

"So I got a flat tire while traveling for business and I had to call GEICO roadside assistance. The Geico representative first scheduled me with another towing company that said they couldn't get to me for an hour and a half. I had asked her to look for another company as I needed to get to a meeting and that would have made me late. She found Chuck's towing who told her they would be to me in under an hour. After several phone calls to them to see where they were, and a lot of nastiness from the girl who answers the phone, I finally asked to speak to a manager where I had to inform her of the behavior of the girl who answered the phone can do my frustration because I was told I would be picked up in an hour. It ended up being an hour and 40 minutes before someone got to me. Because of the towing company I was an hour late to my meeting. If it wasn't for the manager getting a driver to me, calling me to ensure that the driver did get to me, and the professionalism of the driver himself I would have given this review one star. The girl who answers the phone honestly needs to be fired. Absolutely atrocious customer service from her."
