"Joe took care of a dent that I had put into my wife's VW Atlas when I accidently tripped into the rear quarter panel while leaf blowing my yard. It was small but really bugged me. Joe was very accommodating to find a time where our schedules would work together. After coming to an agreement on timing, he offered to give me a ride back to work after drop off because I worked close by. Just a few hours later Joe let me know the car was all set.
