"I have dealt with Ayman, (who happens to be from Egypt) on 3 separate occasions now. He is ALWAYS pleasant, knowledgeable, & easy to talk to. I used to visit the Verizon store for my cellphone needs, but no longer. This is a great place to go, & no one pushes you to buy anything - quite unlike Verizon which is constantly pushing "upgrades," which is fancy talk for "buy a newer model which typically will require 24 months of payments". Nope. Dealing with someone like Ayman us a refreshing change..!"
