"I usually have gone the past few years for inspection sticker. So I got ripped off by them as I get my car inspection sticker on Mon. the guy says I need 2 reverse lightbulbs for $20 & 2 wipers $20 so I figured $40 is not too bad but when I had to pay the cashier said it was $80 + $35 for sticker inspection. I was mad & thought it was $20 for the lightbulbs & $20 for the wipers. He said it's $20 each lightbulb & each wiper. I paid & left but went back on Tues & said to call the owner later & I did. Claude said it was correct & included installation which is tricky but would refund $10 (big deal). Lesson learned, Get the exact amount of any repair! I should have refused the repair & got a "Rejection" sticker which you have a few weeks to make the repairs then go back & they inspect & get the sticker. I could have fixed it myself for a lot less... can you imagine paying $80 for wipers & 2 little lightbulbs?"

"I had my Mother's 2009 Camry SE Serviced @ Medfield Auto Center and the exhaust/muffler needed to be replaced from the Converter/CAT back. I priced the OEM Parts and Labor from Toyota got a few estimates from Boch Toyota in Norwood, and a couple of other smaller mechanic shops. Medfield Auto Center beat the dealer price by $340 and used original factory parts from the Toyota. He also did a free tire rotation with a balance check... we have been customers of this establishment for years and highly recommend them. Always do your do diligence, they are very fair and straight forward. My Mom got free use of a loaner vehicle also...we filled the tank as a thank you! Family Owned Business!"
