"This company was completely irrational and unprofessional. First of all this company charged twice the amount any other septic company does to perform a septic inspection. We were in a time crunch and needed it completed. Secondly, no pictures were taking in the report. Unfortunately something needed to be replaced and the sellers were requesting pictures to ensure this was in fact the case. I called this owner and asked if he would be willing to come back out and take pictures and said no. He was rude and unprofessional. He said “I intended to take pictures but forgot”. That is not so all okay for a Title 5 Septic Inspection."
