He informed me I Should have made an appointment but he wasn't super busy so he still took a look at my laptop. Which I greatly appreciate. After having to do at least an hours worth of work with the laptop I was able to retrieve my files i desperately needed. my laptop was shot and he gave me an in store recommendation to the closest laptop they had in my budget to the one I brought in.
