"Vassar's is by far the best around. I made the mistake of purchasing from a different Fisher Dealer that has no idea what they are doing. Brought my truck to Vassar's and they had it fixed quickly and corrected an issue the other dealer made as well. These guys know what they are doing and are very fair. Take the time to travel to them if you can as they are outstanding."
"Friendly and professional service. They installed and service a kargo master utility rack on our tacoma."
"Unbelievably friendly And helpful employees. I called in advanced for some Fisher plow parts, And all of the parts were in stock. I was taken back by the friendliness and willingness to help. You just don't find this kind of service anymore. They knew prices and part numbers off of the top of their head, like a true professional. Thank you very much, I will always remember this experience in the future."
"Heard good things about them and decided to give them a try. Brought my truck over to diagnose a vibration. Left it over night, the next day I go pick it up I was told it needs a new rear differential. I’m no mechanic but it deff didn’t need a new rear diff, just out of curiosity I asked how much it would be, still waiting for a call back on that. But I’m guessing easily would have been $2,00”. After leaving their shop I called 3 shops who specificically rebuild rear diff, told them the symptoms and all said it does not sound like a rear diff issue. Ended up bringing the truck to another shop and it was a simple fix for a few hundred dollars. Not to mention they charge me an hour of labor ($75) to diagnose it, and wasn’t even close to figuring out the problem. Would never go back."
"This is one of the best family run business I've ever been to. Dave and his family will work hard to make you feel welcome and get you the products you need to get the job done."
