Hight Chrysler Dodge Jeep

"My husband John took our 2011 dodge Ram into get it repaired. The oil leaks, the struts and upper ,lower ball joints . Also our shifter were all supposed to be fixed under his extended warranty. This was only a few weeks ago. We take it to get it undercoated only to get a phone call stating that there were loose bolts in all the above mentioned and there is oil Leaking. Plus the shifter never got fixed.I do not recommend this business."

"Less than one! Pick up my Jeep for replacement of right air spring and a factory recall. Was charged more than enough for the air spring replacement. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the push button for the starter was in the coffee cup holder, my jumper cables, along with my first aid kit and bungee cords were sitting in the cargo area. The service writer came out with a new push button, still didn't work, now driving with the emergency key FOB."
