"Called AAA for a tow after truck broke down. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. No show. Waited longer like we were told still no show. 24 hours later they still haven’t shown up. Vehicle left on side of road. Incredibly poor service. If you use AAA, ask for someone other than Hoff’s."
