"The ABS pump and electronic module failed on my 2010 VW Jetta Turbodiesel, it's a big and expensive job to get at and repair this system. Alan and his crew did a fantastic job, saved me a *lot* of money over dealership repairs, and I think are more knowledgeable on my car's computers than 90% of the dealerships. They had to wait for the parts to be rebuilt by an outside rebuilder, but they were very fast on their side of the job. I am totally pleased, will be giving them my business again!"

"Horrible customer service. Alan Miller initially seemed competent and trustworthy when he made a minor repair to my car. I next brought the car in for critical additional work. One hour each way and 1 1/2 hours waiting at the shop. Alan said he would have an estimate in a week. Two weeks passed. He went on vacation and then said another week for the estimate. Now over a month and a half has passed and my car can't be driven. Alan now says he has no time to complete the estimate and no idea when he could even take the car. He says it's my fault for not prioritizing and taking it somewhere else. He could have told me over a month ago he had a backlog of twenty cars and practically no staff. Instead, he led me on and now my car can't be driven at all. Do not go to Redline unless you're prepared to wait two months for an assessment let alone having work completed. Extremely disappointing."
