"I spend a pretty good amount of money on eddie Bauer my wife and I love the quality and designs, on Saturday 11 2021. I get out of my way some 40 miles to visit this location since I currently live 112 miles away from this store been the closest eddie Bauer. I notice online Saturday closing hours are 7pm. I got there at 5:45. It takes us a few minutes to get out of our car of car since I have my dad who's 82 years old my baby 2 years old my wife and me. Planing to suit up for winter ( we just moved from Cali to New Hampshire)lived in Boston for 15 years prior moving to cali My wife gets to the front door and walks around the building saying to me it's close it's she read to use another door. I insist that most be it and go back there while the personal inside see me but don't bother on helping us no been able to open the door. One person who was smoking outside the building comes and janks on the door telling me it's was open please come in I work here. Great... 3 feets inside the store the cashier yells at me from 20 ft away. "We close at six that door was supposed to be locked " I look at my phone 5:50 my immediate response was yell back a him. "Next time make sure is locked " and proceed to get my family out of the store . After this experience I'm not going that store. Eddie Bauer this is a difficult time get good workers I'm aware. BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this store for the first time. Nice, clean, well organized, selling primarily their own brand. Exactly my style of clothing + some more outdoorsy pieces. Clothes seems well made and it will last for long time. Aslo staff there, very friendly and helpful."
