"We recently used North Shore Painting to completely repaint the interior of our home, as well as complete a number of other renovations (e.g., refinishing hardwood flooring, rebuilding deck stairs, laying a new kitchen floor, etc.). Peter (the owner of the business) is responsive and extremely easy to work with. We didn't have a huge budget and had a lot of things needing renovation, and Peter was so kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. We had several crews working throughout the house for over a week, and they worked incredibly hard for us and were very respectful of our home. Frank, who led the painting crews, was fantastic to work with. We were very impressed with the level of service and care we received. Highly recommend!"

"Update: Peter sent two of his best guys to fix the issues below; the rework was amazing and also issued a full refund. Peter did right by me and corrected this job. I am very happy with how Peter and his crew corrected this problem, however as a homeowner I cannot in good conscience ignore the initial results. The team was hired to install bathroom drywall patches in my master and half bathrooms and run a bead of calking around two wall a/c units. Peter's team arrived at 8:20 a.m. and began work right away. During the job I noticed the crew using my tools I had sitting on a table without asking. Heck, one couldn't even flush the toilet after use. What kind of drywall team does not bring their own square?! The team worked until two and had me do a work review. The work was abhorrent, and one guy kept saying how "It was difficult to get a hand in there.", referring to the space between the rear of the toilets and wall. Professionals should know a way to work in tight spaces. The patches had way too much mud on them, the mesh tape was visible in some spots, the joint between existing and new drywall were visible and the paint was streaky. I called Peter and expressed my dissatisfaction; he did not take payment and asked me to text him photos of what I was seeing. Within 10 minutes the drywall team was back to correct or finish the job. While I was sitting in the office I heard the crew complaining about being back at my house, and how I saw seams and general bickering. Around 4 p.m. the crew finished up again and asked I do another walkthrough. The patches were fine, but paint was everywhere! I saw paint in the following spots: * Decorative trim behind toilet shut off valve in half bath * In the grout of master bathroom * On the tiles behind toilets of both half and master bathroom * Lid of my brand-new toilet * Thumbprint on half bath doorknob Alongside the paint being everywhere, the crew did not clean up after themselves. I found dust from sanding the spackle everywhere! I also reviewed the paint and caulk job around the wall a/c unit housing. Very, very sloppy. Somewhere along the line I became so fed up with this simple job, I wanted them out and just move on to the next project. Clearly this team did not respect my home, nor have the expertise needed to do this job correctly the first time. See attached photos."

The quality and rating of their work could be nothing less then AAAA+ This group of men are amongst the hardest working I have ever seen. They committed themselves to the project at hand and gave nothing short of 100%. You could not possibly find a better deal ANYWHERE! "I wasn't sure what to think, this is all new to me these days. I got 3 quotes & North Shore Painting said they could paint the kitchen cabinets within 3 days. That sold me because I wanted them done quick, in and out! There were 3 workers on the team. Frank was the team leader. SO meticulous, very, very professional! TWO DAYS LATER NOT THREE THE CABINETS WERE COMPLETED and they came out absolutely beautiful. I am very very pleased with the cabinets & with North Shore Painting. They came out so so awesome, with their new hardware. I won't go to any one else."

"After a year and 4 visits my complicated dormered rear door is finally complete. If you want help from Peter keep calling him, or post a bad review. The quality of their craftsmanship is beyond my talents, but that doesn't mean it's plumb level and square. I wouldn't hire them again, but the price was right! Much cheaper than other estimates."
