"They have worked on our Cub Cadet for at least 15 years. Always excellent work at a great price !!"
"Owner was really helpful in getting me the right parts for my mower at a good price."
"Bought a rope for my rotor tiller 5'. Asked how much, $15 I was told.I said are you kidding. No prices are going up.He said if you can get it cheaper ok. I paid, Mistake. Price seemed way high. Home Depot $6.25 for 7' with the handle. Not the quality but would work fine for many years. Went back for a refund. Told me I bought it and I owned. Mind you this is a standard size would fit many pull starts. He pulled anumber out of his hat for a mower belt a number of years ago. I didn't by it. Bought it elsware for 1/3rd the price. Beware if you go there."
"I had a 1 year old Self propelled Tori mower that I brought in, I called back a few times to check on the status and was told they are waiting on parts, couldn’t tell me when it will be ready. Called back 2nd time and individual was confused about me dropping off a mower and had to call me back. When I picked it up and brought it home the tire fell off, which was easy enough to put back on. After a few runs with mower I realized this was not a SP mower and it was not mine. I called them back and the guy argue saying I dropped off a old mower that was beat up and it was not a SP. I ended up finding my registration card with model/ serial number see attached and it was not matching. When I call to confront him he changed his story and said my machine was beat up and he thought he did me a favor and scrap it out and gave me a different one. He said if I bring it back he will make it a SP. So I had 2020 mower and he changed it out for a 2010. SCAM ARTIST… I kept what he gave me and ate my loss."
"dropped off my cub cadet 42" tractor. had a failure of the motor within 4 hours of my purchase. was told that he would do all the leg work for me and let me know if anything came up. about a week later he called to update me that he had contacted and registered the machine with cub cadet and was approved to put in a whole new motor for me. took care of everything end to end and explained all the work he did once i picked it up. walked me through the new update product design for when it came to service the motor. super polite, asked if there was anything else i needed before i left. will be purchasing everything in the future from them"
