"I have never owned a toy before and went into the Rye NH location on my boyfriend's birthday. The lady working out the batteries in my product before I could even get to the counter to witness her doing so. Which my boyfriend and I found sketchy When I got home low and behold the product didn't work correctly and would shut off seconds after turning it on. I called literally 2 hours after making the purchase and I was told to look it up on YouTube and figure out how to fix it. When I asked for an exchange I was told I could come in and buy something else and receive 25% off. Why would anyone buy something else if the first thing didn't work and the situation wasn't rectified??? I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau in the morning as this place has no idea how to run itself."
"I would give them 1 million stars if I could. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is so important to have a shop where women feel comfortable and welcomed and this is the place. Absolutely loved every minute of my experience there, marge was amazing and was more than eager to show and explain how every product worked. Thank you I will definitely be back!"

Employees are extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and all have wonderful senses of humor. You'll come in a stranger and leave a welcomed friend.
