"I had an 8:30am appointment with this company. I called at 9:05am to confirm this appointment that they were already late for and was told, “things got moved around and we can’t do it”. BUT THEY DID NOT TELL ME! How can you do business with a company like that?"
"Wasn't going to post a review until I saw you charged for wasting my time. Your employee was at my house for 20 minutes and most of that time he was on the phone with the business (I assume) or trying to get cell service. He walked into the boiler room, I explained what was going on, and he said "you are going to hate me" and I said let me guess it's the coil that's bad and he said "yup", then we started talking about water heaters. He was under the impression you guys had an available water heater so he was going to knock this out and we'd be fixed right away. He told us the job will take 2 hours. Well it turned out you didn't have one so we made a plan that he would come out 1:30pm the following business day (Monday). On Monday at 2:30pm we called and asked what's going on and we are told we weren't even on the schedule for the day. Odd. So now we are told you'll be here 8:30am the following day, Tuesday. On Tuesday at 9:15am after he still wasn't here I called and was told he is 5 minutes down the road. 9:45 we call again and he is still down the road getting parts so we canceled your services. I had waited around long enough and did not want to deal with it anymore. I know things happen, stuff comes up, etc., but this was a little excessive. 2 days in a row sitting around waiting for you to show up. It's very appreciated how quick you were able to initially come out for our issue, and the employee who came out was friendly and courteous. But you were over an hour late, or just didn't show up for both of our "scheduled" appointments, wasting my time, yet you still charged me $170, so therefore I believe a 1 star review is warranted."
"This company lied to me and left me in a bind with my boiler. Here's the story: I called Perfect Plumbing and Heating in October of 2022 to ask if they were able to perform annual service for my boiler. I informed them that it was not an emergency, the boiler was running fine for now. I had just bought the house a few months before and didn't know when it had last been cleaned so I wanted to schedule servicing to make sure I wouldn't have any problems in the future. They told me that they were booked until January and gave me the name of someone who might be able to help me if I needed service before then, but I reminded her that everything was working fine for now and I could afford to wait. She told me that I would get a call in January to schedule an exact day and time for service. January comes and goes without a call from them. I called them up the first week of February to check in and they had all but forgotten I exist. They said that my name had never been added to the schedule and due to the recent cold snap they were all booked up. I asked how far out they were booking for and she replied that they would not accept any new customers. I pointed out that they had already accepted me as a customer and she informed me that because they never actually scheduled me... they had not. Do not trust this company. I could have reached out to someone else and been taken care of by now had they been straight with me from the start, but they chose to string me along just in case they had an opening. When no opening came, they hung me out to dry."
"Purchased a used monitor stove, To make a long story short… I received it very late through FedEx. It was damaged when we received it. So much so that the panel that has all the electronics in it was caved in, so was unable to even hook it up. I was told by Richard that my hundred day warranty was not acceptable because he blames FedEx for the damages. I’ve called FedEx they will not give me any information on the claim that they keep rejecting, so I am unable to do anything. The stove cost $2000 with shipping. FedEx is refusing to reimburse and I keep getting the runaround from Richard. Still waiting on a call from Richard so I can get the release form from them so FedEx will talk to me about the claim…seems very fishy to me. This has been going on for over a two months now. The hundred day policy should be honored no matter what.."
