"Worst customer care i have ever experienced. I bought a tv and it was delivered damaged. Called customer care and they bounced me around for 3 hours until a manager hung up on me mid conversation. I went into the store to set up a new delivery date and they came an hour early when i was not home so they couldn't deliver the new TV. I called dispatch later that day and they said delivery will occur the following day. Called back the next day to confirm the time and they said they didnt have one scheduled. Now back to square one. This company is a joke and i do not recommend getting anything from them."
