"Our Bosch oven broke right before Christmas. In general, it seems to be pretty difficult to find repair services for that manufacturer here on the Seacoast. Mr. Appliance was able to send technicians out within 2 days. Unfortunately, the broken part needed to be special ordered but that’s no fault of Mr. Appliance. In the meantime our oven has been repaired to our satisfaction."

"My experience that I've had. I had a new GE Profile refrigerator delivered from a big box store and it was never set up properly, However that same day I called the store from which I had purchased the fridge and I stated my issue of not having freezer lights so within a few hours trying to get through to GE customer service the customer service informed me that they do not cover my zip code for repairs so the services operator called and informed Mr. and that they would be calling me Appliance would be calling me to arrange a day and time to address my dilemma. 3 days later BOB the service professional arrived and was forthcoming with any question I had about my service repair he then proceeded to set up and adjusted doors and confirm and test that the lights did not work a short week later Bob came back with a new light element and fixed the problem. Thank you Bob/ Mr. Appliance"

"I can't recommend them enough, we have a condenser dryer that started acting up and is a major pain to diagnose and fix because of how it works. But this team did a fantastic job! It took more than one visit because of the complexity of dryer but they never gave up, and really made it a very professional experience and actually enjoyable experience! Hopefully we don't have any issues in the near future, but I will 100% use them again should something come up and recommend them to anyone."
