"Sizes are not inclusive at all. Largest men's jean waist size was a 38. Largest shirt was a 2X and I could only find two shirts that size. Didn't they have a campaign recently about their inclusive sizes? Went to Kohl's big and tall section instead."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the variety in the store. If they didn't have the size I needed it was shipped to my home free of charge. Everyone in the store was helpful & knowledgeable. Savings were amazing! Rewards for shopping were very helpful for my Christmas list. Well worth a visit.."

"Visited the store two weekends ago. Store was clean and well organized. I've never been so aggressively marketed to by store associates. I was approached by two. The first associate persisted well beyond the point of harassment ignoring many emphatic "No, thank yous." He continued to talk over me, insisting that we would "just select a low notification setting," clearly ignoring everything I tried to communicate. Then, he badgered me about signing up for the store credit card. Less than 5 minutes later, I went through the whole interruption again with another associate. "No thank you." "I'm not interested- and just spent 5 minutes trying to explain this to your co-worker." "Yes, I realize the perks of having YOUR credit card. Still not interested." I understand that marketing is gross and invasive now; but this approach almost drove me out the store. Stop harassing people while they shop. Consumers understand how email programs, reward programs and credit card programs work. If they say no, respect it- before they put down their items and opt to shop at a business where they can relax."

"I am a huge Old Navy fan, and can't get enough of their awesome deals. They are one of the best places for kid's clothing, especially for sales and deals. The employees are awesome at every store I've been to. The store itself is also kid friendly."
