"The boots are nice, selection is eh, but the employee tried to tell me I’m the wrong shoe size insisting I’m a 12 when I wear a 13 and told me they should be very tight so they loosen with time"

"Went into the store with a voucher from work the associate tells me I can add anything accessories wise on to my account and pay it off with my check I proceed to cal my wife and tell her I'm getting her some slippers and other stuff. Get off the phone the guy then tells me whoops he can't do it not even an I'm sorry then sells me orthotics but Leaves them in the boots I tried on and actually only sold me the insoles from the boots I tried on... also tried to sell me a size larger than the machine reccomend because my size wasnt in stock"

"I had very poor customer service. The manager working there was completely uninterested in helping me. I spent most of my time in the store waiting to get his attention (it was not very busy). He didn't bring a pair of boots I asked to try on, and I eventually just left the store empty handed."

"Boots are really comfortable feel great but as far as durability goes, they’re two weeks old and already the right toe it deteriorated l. All I do is landscape design I work around the normal mud, loam, mulch, and grass, and gravel so they shouldn’t be that battered up I feel the quality is cheap but the boot is truly comfortable"

"John was awesome. I tried on a few boots and decided on a pair of Irish setters. I have always purchased red wing hikers because of the high comfort level but for my job they don't hold up for too long. I'm gonna give these a shot. I even bought the recommended orthopedic inserts. FYI they do seem to make a difference in the comfort and how the boot ultimately fits. Can't wait to break them in."
