"The gal that helped with me with original purchase was great. That is where it ended. The security tag was not removed. I returned to the store the next day and they were closed no sign nothing evidently because of Henri. I get it but I go backMonday 8/23 and the wait was terrible. The gal working the register was rude. No apology nothing I was also stung by something while in the store and when I mentioned it I did not even get a response. Not are you ok or anything. Not to mention prices are terrible. You can buy at Kohl's for 1/2 the price. Never again ."

"I stopped in to purchase a bra and asked a simple question and the older, blonde-haired woman was extremely rude. I've been there a few times, and it's the same every time. Not sure if she is the manager or not, but I don't know how she stays employed. Time to get out of the customer service field or retire!"

"Terrible experience. Asked for help finding bras in my size. Was told dismissively (older, blonde associate) to just go pick the ones I wanted because they had my size in the back. Picked them and asked for my size, was then told they don't have them. Left very frustrated. Never going back. Don't recommend anyone else goes here either. Rude employees."
