"It was my favorite store, but after they seem to have changed management and the policy of the store immediately changed not in the direction of buyers. Prices immediately went up unreasonably. They redesigned the site, trying to improve and modernize it, but they only made it worse. I constantly run into various bugs on it. Removed the option to pick up from the store and you can only dream of free shipping. Now sometimes I go there but very rarely you can buy something there and find yourself in size and a good price."

"Outstanding service! I bought a pair of $$$ work boots at the Fitchburg store, got them home they seemed tighter than before. Unfortunately the store didn't have the next size up and I wasn't going to switch brands, comfort before cost!. I went online and found the Shrewsbury store had them on the shelf. Went and exchanged for the next size up. EASY no hassle exchange!!"
