"This place is on average an ok place but when they fail you they go all out and fail you. I used to go here for my bikes and my maintenance. But after having a bunch of bad experiences the last is what ended it for me. I went there looking for a pretty specific bike, had been a few times. Well it just so happens that they had a bike that fit my needs. So I asked them if the could hold it a few days till I got paid on Friday and they obviously could but asked me to put money down to secure the sale. I was more than happy to and left a happy customer. That was until I showed up to pick up the bike and was told "oops we sold it". I was clearly upset, and they never made it right. They apologized but they obviously couldn't get me the bike I wanted. I've been back a few times since, but they continue to disappoint. Even tried to sell a bike there but they wanted to offer me so little it was disrespectful."
