"I'm sure they're great and all for repairs equipment etc. As far as metal material orders for jobs or metal supplies that you depend on or if you have deadlines, terrible. I have ordered precut metal that's been measured wrong, recently ordered sheet metal to fabricate a rocker panel on a Wednesday and by end of the week they SOLD IT ON ME! They sold my materials! Initially when I showed up the shop help had little knowledge of what was in stocks or what they had or could even order etc. Stay away from here if you regularly need metal materials. Extremely unprofessional amd disorganized."
"Rodger is a crook. Took a motorcycle in trade for a scooter and 500 dollars and gave us a scooter that doesn’t run. When he said it would fix it we waited 6 months and no satisfaction so we filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Now he refuses to reply and refuses to make it right. Don’t buy anything from him. Shady!! Had the scooter looked at and he sold it with a cracked motor. Not fixable. Rodger doesn’t care about customer service or making the buyer happy. He knew it was damaged and couldn’t be fixed and took a motorcycle in trade and 500 dollars. Crook!!"
"The guys at RVI are very knowledgeable and kind even to a brand new motorcycle rider like myself. Roger is upfront and honest about what needs to be done verses what can wait and I had no issue leaving my new to me motorcycle in his hands."
"Well, I'm not sure what that Unhappy guys issue was? If he spent thousands over years to figure something out? Speaks for itself, lol! I couldn't be happier with the service that RVI ( Roger ) provides. Many times, he'll stop what he's doing, come outside and fix something before I can get it off of my trailer. The man is an absolute genius when it comes to things petroleum powered, and will get you out the door cheaper and quicker than anyone else in the area. If the business needs anything, it's a few more people even HALF as hard working and honest as him to help with the load. He answers the phone, sells retail and fixes every machine virtually by himself. Every day. Which that guy would have known if he had done any kind of business at all with them. Anyone who rides snowmobiles and dirt bikes knows that they are most likely going to break in some way or the other, and the fix isn't always perfect either. Lighten up, Buttercup."
"The owner Roger is a really nice guy who knows machines inside and out. From a quick tire change/replacement to a carburetor overhaul the job is done right and for less than anyone else in the area would overcharge. He also has a nice retail area with equipment and supplies you might need. I recommend stopping in to say hello to Roger...he earned my business, and that's not an easy thing to do!"
