"Family dollar may be affordable for current economic problems however the customer service let alone attitude directed toward people who are struggling is appalling to say the least, sighing and and being clearly upset with voiding an order because the customer has to cancel some items is rude and beyond disgusting for a response to someone who is struggling financially and is just trying to by food for their family. Aside from common decency I’d be disgusted to know my own coworker or employees would be acting such a way to customers when customer service is in the job description. Sad."

The store is consistent with keeping items generally in the same place which makes it easier to make quick purchases even though its bigger than the convenience store. The prices are definitely not in line with the name of the store, finding anything for a dollar there is a rarity and easy to spend a fortune."
