Left message, they called back quickly and I went in for adjustment. Knowledgeable, friendly and open to answering any questions form this novice back country guy... Spencer was great to deal and made short work of the adjustment and quick refresh on binding functions. Five stars all day long...great vibe in the shop and friendly staff.
