I don't have any knowledge (well very little) about pools but the lady that was helping us, asked us questions in which we would understand. She also pointed us in the direction to someone that could help us better. We will definitely be back. They also test your pool water. Going back later today. 10⭐ overall. Thank you so much"

"Wonderful customer service at the store ONLY thank you Leona. I bought a safety cover for my pool and I regret buying it from this company. First appointment 12:00 to 5:00 on a Thursday which I had to leave work early so could be home for them, no show received a call from them at 5:20 saying they won’t make it until 9:00pm and they have to scheduled next appointment for a Saturday 8:00 to 10:00 and which I took the day off so I am able to be there and get this over with, and again no show they told me they have technicians in the area but they don’t know how to measure well that doesn’t do me any good. I requested to speak to a supervisor I had no luck, I left my information for a supervisor to call me back again no luck. Daily I have to clean my pool because all the leafs that are falling if they had been responsible and kept their word I would have my safety cover by now. Is very unfortunate that I put my trust time and money on a company that gives you so much running around."
