"I scheduled an appointment at 9am for an oil change and was told it is a 2 hour appointment. I was given the option to take a shuttle, which I took home. I am now back at the dealership at 3:45pm after having to show up in person to check the status of my vehicle since no one answered my multiple calls. I just watched them run out to get my car from where I left it this morning. A 6+ hour wait for an oil change seems excessive and is extremely disruptive to a workday."
